2. If the printer driver is installed in Windows 8, and if Windows 8 is upgraded to Windows 8.1 while keeping the printer driver installed, enablebidirectional communication.

3. The current version of the printer driver is compatible with an operating system released prior to the availability of Windows 8.1.

1. Software is not included with this printer.

Hardware

1. Ensure the printer’s power cord is securely connected.

2. Exceptionally, if the power cord is disconnected, the printer cannot be used.
