共享打印机英文版怎么设置

1.Click on the Start button and, then, click on Printers and Faxes.

2.Right-click on the printer you are going to share and choose Properties.

3.Click on the Sharing tab and click on the checkbox next to Share this printer.

4.Enter a name for your printer, so that other computers on your network can find it.

5.Click Apply and then click OK.

6.Right-click on the printer again and choose Properties.

7.Click on the Security tab and choose the Users group.

8.Tick the checkbox next to Print and tick the checkboxes for any other options you want users to be able to access.

9.Click OK and then click Apply.

10.Go to the other computers on your network and open Printers and Faxes.

11.Click on the Add Printer button and choose the option to Add a network printer.

12.Choose the printer you just shared from the list.

13.If necessary, enter the username and password for the computer where the printer is installed.

14.Once the printer is installed, you can use it just as if it was connected directly to the computer.
