Introduction
As an important part of the information technology development, the sharing and using of printers by college students in the campus has been a hot issue. While on the one hand, it provides convenience for the college students in their academic study and daily life, on the other hand, it may cause a great burden on the university's financial resources. Therefore, it is necessary for universities to consider all aspects for college students to share and use printers in a more cost-effective way.
Technological Scheme
Based on the current situation of our university, we have designed a technical scheme for the shared printer plan. Firstly, we will build a printer sharing platform on the school's official website, and students can register and log in the platform to use the printer. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the university, we will choose the most suitable printer models to provide convenience for the students to print. Thirdly, the platform will be equipped with a system of usage fees to realize the charging of shared printers and make the cost of its use more transparent.
Financial Plan
In this financial plan, we will start from the purchasing cost of the printers. We plan to purchase printers with various functions and affordable prices at local electronics stores. Meanwhile, we will also take into account the cost of after-sales maintenance, providing spare parts for the printers in case of failure. Training Program
