If the printer test is successful, then the next step is to delete the existing driver. Right-click on the printer icon and select “Delete.” Select the option to delete the driver and all associated files. Once the driver is deleted, it will need to be reinstalled.

The new driver can be downloaded from the Canon website. Once the download is complete, the driver will need to be installed according to the instructions provided by Canon. Once the installation is complete, the printer will need to be added back to the “Printers and Faxes” folder. This can be done by clicking the “Add Printer” icon and following the instructions.
