打印机共享访问限制

The printer sharing access restrictions have been implemented in order to ensure that everyone has access to the printer in a safe, secure, and appropriate way.

1. Every user must have their own individual user account, and must be logged in before they can print.

8. The printer must only be used for its intended purpose, and users must not try to access other computers through the printer.

9. The network administrator has the authority to monitor the printer's usage and take action if necessary.

10. Users must not attempt to alter, delete, or disable the printer's settings or software.
