搜索不到连接的打印机共享

In order to search for a printer connection, first make sure that the printer is connected to a local area network (LAN) or some other type of internet connection. Then, make sure that the printer is shared over the network by searching the network to see if it is visible.

Once the printer is properly connected and shared, the user should search for the printer by its IP address (i.e. the number associated with the device). It is important to note that the IP address must be given to the user in order for them to search for the printer successfully. This can be done by checking the printer’s specifications or looking for the IP address printed on the back of the printer.

Once the IP address is found, the user should enter the IP address into their computer’s web browser. From there, a list of printers should appear, including the one the user is looking for. The user should then select the printer from the list and follow the instructions to connect to it.

If the printer is not visible after searching the network, then the user should verify that they are connected to the same network as the printer. If the user is still having difficulty connecting, then they should contact their network administrator to help troubleshoot the issue.
