To share a printer, you will need to enable printer sharing on the computer with the printer attached. To do this, go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center, then select Change Advanced Sharing Settings and enable Printer Sharing.

Once you have enabled printer sharing, you can let others access the printer by giving them the name of the printer, the name of the computer the printer is attached to, and the name of the network the printer is connected to.

To print, the users will need to install the correct drivers for their device, and then connect to the printer’s share. They can do this by going to their system’s Control Panel, selecting Devices and Printers, selecting Add a Printer and connecting to the printer’s network share.
