There are two ways to set a printer to share at 700 bytes/second. First, you can share the printer directly with the sharing feature built into Windows. To do this, go to Control Panel, then "Devices and Printers," right-click the printer, and select "Printer Properties". Select the "Sharing" tab, then check the "Share this printer" box. In the "Default Settings" dialogue, select the speed at which you'd like to share the printer (in this case 700 bytes/second). Click "Apply" to save the changes.

The other option is to install a third party utility such as PrinterShare to manage and share your printer. This utility allows you to set the printer speed, so you can select the speed you'd like (700 bytes/second). Once you have downloaded the PrinterShare application, open the program and follow the instructions to set up and share your printer.
