You need to delete a printer and font in order to share the printer with other people. To do this, follow these steps:

1. On your computer, open the Control Panel and click on “Devices and Printers”.

2. Right-click on the printer you want to delete.

3. Select “Delete”.

4. To delete the font, open the Control Panel and click on “Fonts”.

5. At the top of the window, click on “File” and then “Delete”.

6. Select “Yes” when prompted.

7. The font is now deleted.
