My Summer Holiday

This summer, I traveled to Shanghai with my family. Though it was hot outside, we did have a good time.

We first went to the skyscrapers and attractions in the city center. These were the places we had wanted to go for the longest time. We were truly impressed by the modern architecture and lush gardens. Then, we went to the Botanical Garden, where I saw a wondrous array of plants and flowers. Finally, we visited the local museums, where I saw a lot of interesting artifacts from China's long history.

The days were long and we were exhausted. But, the nightlife in Shanghai was incredible! We went to a couple of bars and restaurants and enjoyed the live music and the delicious food. We even took part in a traditional dance.

After that, our family took a boat ride along the Huangpu River, which was another amazing experience. We also visited The Bund, the most famous street of Shanghai, where we enjoyed the skyline.

In conclusion, it was a great summer holiday! We all had a wonderful time in Shanghai and I hope to go back soon.
